大人のみなさんも新しい気持ちで4月をスタートできるように、3月をクリアしていきましょう💞

コミュ力をどうやって上げるの？
それでは
٩(・ω・)วlet’s go!
①そもそもコミュ力とはなんぞや？
質問1:みなさんはコミュ力ってなんだと思いますか？
質問2:コミュ力が高い人とはどんな人を思い浮かべますか？
「質問1:コミュ力とはなにか」
について答えられる人は少ないと思います。
それなのに、
自分のことを「コミュ障」と言う人は多いです。
どうやら「コミュ力とはなにか」、みんなが納得する共通の定義はないようです。
私はコミュ力とは、
相手が楽しい会話やコミュニケーションが出来、
自分もその会話やコミュニケーションを楽しむことが出来る能力
のことだと思います。
②「空気」という言葉の流行
以前、「空気」や「KY」という言葉が流行りました。
私はその「空気」という言葉にずっと違和感を持っていました。🤔🤔
ー空気を読むことってそんなに大事なの？ー
私は「空気を読む」とは、
「その場にいる人達の感情の流れを読み、その場に『快さ』をもたらす言葉や行動を提示すること」
だと思います。
他人がメインにあるわけですね😌
そこで私はとても思います。
ー私だって会話を楽しみたい！ー
③自分も相手も楽しむということ
私は大学で心理学に携わりました。
そんな私が行き着いた、最も大事に気をつけていること
それは
自分がそのコミュニケーションを1番楽しむ
ということなんです。
そして、それに付随して、
相手も楽しんでもらうこと そのコミュニケーションが刹那的でなく先々の幸せに繋がること
を気をつけています🙇♂️
先程の「空気を読む」ということは、
他人本意で『～してあげる』という側面が強いです。
そしてその場の一時的な「空気」しか読まず、喜びも刹那的です。
反対に自分も楽しむようにすれば相手に「～してあげる」という側面がなく、疲れません。
みなさんは他人本意の「空気を読む」コミュニケーションで疲れてはいないですか？😌☕
④コミュ力を上げるということ
話術の天才でない限り、
どんな場面でもコミュ力を発揮するというのは難しいと思います。
ですが、
「自分がまず楽しむこと」
これは意識すれば出来ます。
そうすれば、
半分は達成したことになるし、
相手から見ても私自身を楽しませているわけですからやっぱり半分達成しています。
そして以前の記事に書いた通り
人は、楽しそうな人を見ると巻き込まれたくなる生き物
なんですよ！😉
トランポリンを想像してみてください。
誰かが跳ねると、そのはずみで他の人も宙に浮きます。
自分が楽しむと、
その楽しさは他の人にも確実に伝わっていきます。
やがてはその楽しさは空間を覆い、その場所には調和が生まれます。

ニコニコで見かけブログでコミュ力を読んでみたらなるほどナと思う内容でした。小さな建設系の会社を経営していますが、顧客、また社員にも当てはめる事が出来ると思う。手が綺麗な可愛い子やなって思って見てたら見いってしもた、また次も見たいと思った。頑張って続けてな！
